G.S.R. (E).- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2009-Customs, dated the 27^th February, 2009 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 132(E), dated the 27^th February, 2009, at page 5, in lines 4, 5 and 6,

For words and figures, “which shall be equal to the amount specified in the corresponding entry in column(9), in the currency as specified in the corresponding entry in column (10) and per unit of measurement as specified in the corresponding entry in column (8) of the said Table”, read, “at a rate which is equal to the difference between the amount as specified in the corresponding entry in column (9), in the currency as specified in the corresponding entry in column (10) and per unit of measurement as specified in the corresponding entry in column (8), of the said Table, and the landed value of such imported goods in like currency per like unit of measurement”.
