Notification No. 41-Cus., dated 24th May,1975.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement. —
(1) These regulations may be called the Shipping Bill for Aircraft Spares Ex-bond Regulations, 1975.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Form of Shipping Bill. — In respect of aircraft stores imported and deposited in a warehouse in terms of section 85 of the Customs Act, 1962, Shipping Bills for their re-export shall be presented in the form set out in the Schedule hereto annexed.
