In exercise of powers conferred under the Notification No. 01/2003 (N.T.) dated 3rd January, 2003 read with Notification No. 37/2003-Customs (N.T.) dated 3rd June, 2003 issued the Show Cause Notice F. No. DRI/MZU/B/Inv-01/2013-14 dated 21.11.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai in the case of imports from ICD, Dhannad/Kheda to the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai for the purpose of adjudication.
