Sub: Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority

In terms of Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No.S/IV/60/2013 dated 17.06.2014 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Bangalore in the case of M/s Junaid Plaster of Paris, No.4, A S Tower, Opp. Adugodi Post Office, B T S Road, Bangalore to the Commissioner of Customs(Seaport-Import), Custom House, No.60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai for the purpose of adjudication.
