Sub: Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority

In terms Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 ( as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No.VIII(26)/LZU/27/2012/4135-4139 dated 24.01.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Lucknow Zonal Unit, Lucknow in the case of M/s Lalitpur Power Generation Company Limited, B-10, Bajaj Bhawan, Sector-3, Nodia (UP)-201301 and others to the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo, (Import & General), New Custom House, I.G.I. Air Port, New Delhi for the purpose of adjudication.
