Sub: Appoints Special Adjudicators
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi to act as common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on Joint Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, New Custom House, New Delhi for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Vasavi Impex Pvt. Ltd., (Now Sri Sai Sathvik Impex Pvt. Limited), Plot No. 51, Sagar Society, Road No. 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad –34 issued, vide, F.No. VIII/26/01/2006 HRU dated the 7th August, 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, 25, Gopalakrishna (Iyer) Road, T. Nagar, Chennai – 600 017.
