Sub: Seeks to amend notification 2/95 dated 01.01.1995 so as to amend Anti dumping rules.
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of th e powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 9A and sub-section (2) of section 9B o f the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 975), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend th e Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Du mped Articles and for Determination of Injury) R ules, 1995, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Identification , Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determ ination of Injury) Amendment Rules, 2010.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Dete rmination of Injury) Rules, 1995, in rule 2, in clause (b), for the words “in which case such producers may be deemed not to form part of the domestic industry”, the words “in such case the term ‘domestic industry’ may be construed as referring to the rest of the producers only” shall be substituted.
